Having participated in the interviews of over 7,000 lawyers, and the development of 3,500+ lawyers at many AmLaw 100 and 200 firms, Caren has a broad understanding of the types of skills lawyers need to succeed. The following interactive, skills-based programs can be tailored to the needs of your lawyers, and offered as 1.5 hour training programs, or as half-day workshops. Program fees range from $3,000 to $6,000 depending on the amount of preparatory time necessary, the length of the presentation and the number of participants.
